Great base for exploring, spacious room with kitchen, friendly and helpful staff, divine pasticciotto at breakfast

Warm welcome and beautiful courtyard were highlights. The room size made it challenging to unpack comfortably.

Simply nothing too much trouble, perfect stay. Very amiable staff, stylish hotel, spotless room. Generous breakfast, good food. Units with balconies. Magnificent, absolutely perfect location close to the historical centre of Lecce as well as the historical center and the train Station. Again, not far from Porta Rudiae.

Delightful rooms complete with the garden, a lovely terrace, for example, very kind and kind staff.

Palazzo Dei Dondoli impressed with its beautiful courtyard, a perfect spot to unwind after busy days. The spacious suite managed to accommodate our family with ease, with a lovely balcony that was nice for soaking up the sun. Breakfast included good pastries and provided a great start to our mornings. The staff really shined. They were friendly and cute. Navigating to the hotel was a bit tricky due to narrow streets with dual parking. The room size felt a tad cramped with all our luggage. Despite these minor annoyances, the overall experience was enjoyable and nice.

Palazzo Dei Dondoli is a foodie's haven! Just a hop away, we devoured scrumptious pasticciotto-an absolute must! Dinner at La Scarpella also left us buzzing with flavors. And the room? A spacious suite with a sweet balcony overlooking the garden-perfect for sipping morning espresso!

The spacious suite was amazing, but air conditioning kept failing at night.

The breakfast menu featured good locally-inspired pastries.

While staying, I faced issues with inadequate air conditioning in my suite, which disrupted my sleep multiple times. The staff did try to resolve it by sending a technician, but the problem persisted. I found navigating the narrow streets to the hotel quite challenging, and parking was a hassle.

We loved our spacious suite that had a big balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. With fast and reliable mesh wifi, my two boys could easily stay connected and share photos from our adventures. The staff was friendly and made breakfast enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more activities suitable for families.

I felt the peaceful atmosphere. The staff provided personalized service throughout my visit. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace with a fine view of the historic center, perfect for a quiet evening. My suite was spacious and comfortable. Freshly baked pastries and brewed coffee in the morning made starting each day good. The hotel reminded me of an escape from my busy life.

Navigating the narrow streets to the hotel was a bit challenging. Finding parking in the area also posed some difficulties.

The location of Palazzo Dei Dondoli is unbeatable, just a short walk to the lovely old town, with ample free parking available nearby. The warmth of the staff made my experience even more enjoyable, especially with their good breakfast options that included fresh pastries and coffee.

nice stay but small room

The beautiful courtyard provided an ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring. The rooftop terrace offered fine views. The bed was very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the lovely garden view that added a peaceful atmosphere to the entire experience.

The room was smaller than expected, making it a bit cramped for our two-night stay.
